The pension rooms were spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was perfect, and there is a nice Czech restaurant downstairs. Good value for the price.

Very friendly staff and ideal location by subway, everything was perfectly fine. Location: the hotel was really close to the Czech Republic as well as Old Town Square. Being minute walk from Rybarna was nice, we had dinner there.

We loved our stay at Penzion U Cejpu. The location is perfect, right next to public transport. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room, which was a double room with a single bed and a kitchen, was modern and comfortable. It was great to have amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and bath sheets.

The food here was reasonably priced and there were so many great options to choose from, plus the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were mind-blowingly nice and checked us in early. They were super friendly with our big dogs and helped us with off-site car park. The spacious and very clean room had jaw-droppingly comfy beds and a well-equipped bath. Extra pillows in the closet were a blessing. Despite being on the street side, it was a very quiet area and the hotel itself was super quiet. The breakfast included delicious eggs, sausages, assorted breads, and yogurt. We loved the superb bar/cafe downstairs with a great menu and reasonable prices. The place was cleaned daily and the staff was very friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

It would be nice to have an electric kettle and water bottles in the rooms.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was great. the breakfast was delicious and offered complimentary coffee and tea. the hotel's location was ideal, with just a short walk to public transportation. the room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated having a comfortable bed to rest in after a busy day of exploring.

That there was no elevator, which made it a bit challenging to climb the stairs with our luggage. the shower didn't have a shelf for our own shampoo and soap, which was inconvenient.

We had a wonderful trip to Prague and stayed at Penzion U Cejpu. The hotel staff provided exceptional customer service and were very friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The restaurant on site had affordable and delicious dishes, and the breakfast options were great, including hot items. The hotel's connection to the city center was convenient, and there was also a large commercial center within walking distance. We would definitely recommend and rebook at Penzion U Cejpu when we visit again.

This hotel is ideally located for those attending the convention center, with just a short walk to the venue. It's also very close to popular tourist attractions and is conveniently close to a metro station. the rooms are very spacious and include comfortable beds, with a clean bathroom and great service on offer. Breakfast is also included, with a nice selection available. Views from the rooms are amazing, with many boasting stunning city views.

Some noise from the nearby streets can be heard during the night, which can be disruptive for light sleepers.
